5. Telehealth Services
We utilize secure, HIPAA-compliant technology for all virtual visits. Patients are responsible for providing their own compatible device and a stable internet connection. In the event of a medical emergency, you must call 911 immediately.
6. Prescription Policy
Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate. There is no guarantee for the issuance of antibiotics, narcotics, controlled substances, or refills without a formal clinical evaluation.
7. Emergency Care
Desert Sage Primary Care does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department immediately.
8. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible. Missed appointments or repeated late cancellations may be subject to a fee or may affect future scheduling availability.
9. Intellectual Property
The logo, branding, photographs, and all website copy are the exclusive property of Desert Sage Primary Care.
